How to request a refund of
your remaining prepaid credit at Jan Mobile
after the the number porting
Submit your request within 1 month after your number has been transferred.
Belgian law states that the refund can only be requested within the month following the number porting.
Contact Jan Mobile customer service through one of the following channels:

Include the following information in your request:
- Your full name and address
- The transferred mobile number
- The date of the number transfer
- Your old customer number (if available)
The IBAN bank account number where the refund should be paid
Administrative fee:
Jan Mobile may deduct up to €5 (excl. VAT) in administrative costs.
